箕面マスターズ＆歓送迎会

昨日はお疲れさまでした。

 

箕面マスターズから歓送迎会まで、

 

まるまる一日遊び通した楽しい一日でした。

    西岡さん、ＨＰアップありがとうございます。いい写真で記念になりますね。松本さんの奥様のカメラで撮った集合写真ＰＣまで送っていただけないでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。
    12/8（日）マスターズ交流戦同じく準備ありますので８時集合しましょう。
    まだまだマスターズ大会の成績は満足できるものではないですが、みなさん次の試合の準備をしましょう。忘年会で飲み過ぎて体力失わないように・・・週一回ジョギングでもして体力キープしましょう。

    それから、末永くサッカーを楽しむ為にも、暑くても寒くてもウォーミングアップをしてくださいね。ストレッチはウォーミングアップではありませんからね。身体を暖めてから、ストレッチですよ！！
